[Troop 68] Gear Pick-up Time Change

Hello everyone, 
 
I just wanted to clarify things regarding the time for gear pick-up.  For
this month we will have gear pick-up at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, January 23rd.
 
The PLC will decide at their next meeting whether to permanently change the
time and everyone will be informed accordingly.

Greetings Troop:
 
Jeff Liskov has been helping Chris to check around to gain approval for a
gear pick-up time change.
 
So far, Chris just spoke to Mr. Spalla to request his approval to move gear
pick-up to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.  Mrs. Gustaveson said it was fine with
her and when Chris spoke to Roger he, too, said it was o.k.
 
Mr. Spalla told Chris he needed to ask his PLC for approval as well.  
 
The reason the time needs to be changed to 6:00 p.m. every time there is a
Wednesday gear pick-up is because Chris is in a performing ensemble which
practices every Wednesday starting at 6:30 sharp.  It is mandatory for all
members to be there on time at 6:30 EVERY Wednesday.  (Even with a 6:00
pick-up, he probably will still be a tad bit late getting to ensemble in
Bridgeport, but it's the best we can do!)
 
Chris will not be at this Friday's meeting as he is camping/snowboarding at
Camp Reed/Gore Mountain with his cousin's troop.  
 
Please let Chris/us know ASAP if 6:00 is o.k.
