[Troop 68] Troop 68 Parents - Pasta Dinner Planning Kickoff Meeting This Friday, Jan 18th

We will be starting the planning for our 6th (I can't believe it) Pasta 
Dinner this Friday night during the Troop Meeting in the CCD.  We need 
adult volunteers to help this event run smoothly in April. This Friday we 
will review the roles, responsibilities and ask you to volunteer for what 
you would like to do.

We need adults to help before the event in the selling of ads, production 
of the ad booklets. At the Dinner, we need help with gym setup, food prep, 
cleanup, Silent Auction setup/monitoring and other very exciting duties. 
None of these task require much of your time or commitment especially if 
we all chip in to help.  All of our prep meetings will run the same time 
as the Troop meetings and will save you the time & money of driving back 
and forth from home. 

All Parents are invited to attend and understand the purpose of the Pasta 
Dinner and how we use the money to fund the Boy's High Adventure Trips. We 
have raised almost $23,000 over the last 5 Dinners and spent $16,600 
funding the boys High Adventure trips!  See you there.
