[Troop 68] Gettysburg trip drivers

It appears that we have the wonderful circumstance of having a surplus of
drivers for the Gettysburg trip.  Given the current cost of gas it is
prudent to take only as many cars as we need on the trip.  I am trying to
work this out to everyone's satisfaction and to do that I have a request.  

 

If you are an adult intending to go on the trip please Email me directly  at
Mabrahamson at earthlink.net with one of the following responses:

 

A.      I would prefer not to drive.

 

B.      I would prefer to drive and I will be driving a __________ that has
______ seat belts including one for me.

 

C.      I Do not have a driving preference but I am available to drive.  If
I drive I will be driving a __________ that has ______ seat belts including
one for me.

 

 

I would also appreciate it if everyone with unusual arrangements would
respond with the details of your personal plan.  I am aware that we will
have a family meeting us at Gettysburg and some number leaving Sunday and I
need to account for all of the repercussions that will bring.   

 

Please do not reply to the list as it will flood the list with unnecessary
traffic.
