[Troop 68] Camp Sikorsky 2009

  Hi All!

  Camp Sikorsky is October 2-4, 2009.  Please read the attached for all
the information on this unique opportunity visit and tour the factory
while earning merit badges (13 different merit badge classes are
offered).  Copies of the flyer will be available at tonight's meeting.

  Camp Sikorsky is an opportunity to receive professional instruction
from experts in various fields.  Scouts can earn up to two merit badges
over the weekend.  Due to the technical nature, some of the badges are
very difficult to earn outside of Camp Sikorsky.  Last year, five of our
members earned ten merit badges over the weekend.

  Because of security at the plant, they need to have a list ahead of
time.  The fee is $50.00 and there are age and rank limitations (see the
flyer for details).   If you would like to go, please bring your
information to tonight's meeting and/or send an e-mail to
"calendar at troop68bsa.org".
