[Troop 68] Troop Mobilization

Hello, 
  
  Attached is a copy of the Troop 68 Mobilization Phone Tree.  This will be used in the event of an emergency when the troop will be needed to mobilize.  It was discussed at Yawgoog but we will explain how it works again if you were not there.  
  
  At the top of the Phone Tree is Mr. Abrahamson.  Listed below him is everyone else in the troop.  In the event of an emergency Mr. Abrahamson will call John Valus Jr., Chris Puleo and Mr. Amidon.  He will state the time and place for everyone to meet and the type of emergency so we can prepare accordingly.  Now John will call DJ Marazita and Joe Palamara, Chris will call Tyler Rapillo and Jeff Liskov and Mr. Amidon will call Mr. Spalla and Kyle Gustaveson relaying all the information and those people will call everyone below them until the whole troop has been notified. 
  
  If you can not get in contact with the person immediately below you then you must call the next person on the list so the process will continue. 
  
   All Mobilizations occur rain or shine so please dress accordingly.  Sometimes the event may take some time so be prepared.  Please bring proper supplies, if you have them, such as, a water bottle, snack such as an energy bar, rain gear, jacket, bug spray, gloves, compass, whistle, cell phone or anything else you may think of that will help in the situation. 
  
If you are NOT on the list or your information is incorrect please email us so we can make the proper corrections.
