[Troop 68] Pasta Dinner Updates

Hi Everyone,

 

Additional updates on the pasta dinner:

 

-          Ad Booklet - Ads are due at the meeting tomorrow evening (12th)
or by next Wednesday (17th) direct to Phil LaMastra. Phil has to have the
booklet to me by the 19th so we can have it printed in time. Please push
hard to get ads from all the companies and groups you committed to, as of
now we are still way behind versus last year.

-          Auction Donations - Auction items are starting to come in, but
again we are still way behind the number of items we had last year, so
please dig deep and find some items to donate. Contact Pat Terry directly
(patricia_a_terry at uhc.com) about getting the donations in.

-          Dinner Tickets - Please make sure your getting out and selling
dinner tickets to your family, friends, and neighbors. We'd like each family
to sell most, if not all of the tickets they were given to help make sure we
have great attendance at the dinner. Anyone who didn't get tickets, I'll
have them at the end of the meeting this Friday and please return sold
tickets to me directly at the end of the meeting.
