[Troop 68] Ski Trip

It looks like the skiing will be fantastic this weekend as we are getting
plenty of fresh snow for our use.

 

We are going forward with the trip this weekend.  Due to the weather we are
making the following adjustments:

 

I will be at Sequassen at 7:00 PM and whomever would like to come tonight is
welcome to do so as planned.  Remember we are staying in Friendship lodge
which is just past the main entrance on the left.  Please do not arrive
early as I will not be there to receive you.

 

If you would prefer to drive up in the light of day Saturday morning that is
fine and there are two options to join us tomorrow morning.

1.       You are welcome to come to Sequassen and we can travel to the
mountain together.  We will be leaving Sequassen at 8:00 so if you want to
meet at camp please be there by 8:00.

2.       You are welcome to meet us at Mohawk mountain at 8:30.

 

If you decide not to attend you must contact me via phone or Email before
8:00 Saturday morning so that we can cancel your ticket / rental.  If I have
not heard from you we will purchase your ticket / rental as a part of the
group and they are NOT refundable.
