[Troop 68] Med form / Summer Trip info

Hello again,

 

Just a reminder that everyone attending Yawgoog, including adults, needs to
submit a current  class 3 med form with a copy of your insurance card, if
available, to me or Brian Rapillo no later than July 14th.   A med form is
considered current if it is dated and signed by a doctor on August 1st, 2009
or later.  There are no exceptions.  People who have submitted med forms for
Jambo or have previously given a current form to Mr. Abrahamson do not have
to submit another form.  

 

EVERYONE ATTENDING THE SUMMER TRIP should attend the summer trip meeting
which will be held immediately following the Yawgoog Prep meeting this
Wednesday.  The cost for the summer trip is $160 per person.  At the meeting
we will be providing details of the summer trip.
